The PVLAM-3 series solar panel vacuum laminators are designed for high production factory throughput, low maintenance and minimal operator training. A single button activates the rapid laminate loading, lamination and off-loading process cycle. When the laminate enters the laminator, the lid is closed, the cycle completes and the lid reopens automatically . The cycle time can range from about 9 minutes to a couple of hours depending on the thickness and size of the glass used.
A 3-zone PID control system ensures temperature uniformity.
PLC controls temperature, timings, and vacuum in 2 chambers.
